When processing your refund, we will require personal details to both verify and issue a BACS payment into your bank account. We take your privacy seriously and have taken all reasonable steps to ensure your data is only used for the purpose of your refund. For our own accounting and auditing purposes we keep records of refunds made for the required time by UK law.
