The photo did not email to me
Were you expecting your photo to be sent to your email address, but did not receive it? We can help you troubleshoot the issue.
Some of our services are print-only and do not provide digital copies of the photo taken at the booth. In the cases where a digital copy is included in the purchase, but you do not receive it, you are entitled to a refund. You can contact our customer help team to request a refund, but they will ask for evidence of your purchase first. Be sure to have a receipt or your printed copy handy to share a picture with the team.
