If your print out looks like the above, you've selected the 5ID photo option. The 5ID photo option is a print-only service, meaning it can not be used in digital passport applications. You may have entered your email address to receive a copy sent by email, however this copy is for your records and receipt purposes only and will be compressed to reduce its file size. This compression will likely make the photo unsuitable for most online applications.
